Identifica el problema<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Detecta la necesidad que deseas cubrir. Si no tienes claro lo que est\u00e1s tratando de solucionar, dif\u00edcilmente podr\u00e1s abordarlo y mucho menos <strong>crear insights<\/strong> que te ayuden.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2. Investiga<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tienes que captar a diferentes tipos de personas. Aunque tu producto lo use gente diferente, cada consumidor tiene sus propias necesidades y motivaciones para hacerlo. Averigua cu\u00e1les son y busca el insight que corresponda.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3. Desarrolla<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Una vez tienes tu <em>insight<\/em>, desarr\u00f3llalo siguiendo la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cinco_W\">metodolog\u00eda 5WH<\/a><\/strong>:\u00a0\u00bfqu\u00e9 sucede?, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 sucede?, \u00bfcu\u00e1ndo sucede?, \u00bfa\u00a0qui\u00e9n le sucede?, \u00bfc\u00f3mo sucede?, \u00bfd\u00f3nde sucede? El insight es el punto de partida, no la soluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>4. Idea<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Detectar un insight puede ser la base de cientos de ideas diferentes, hay mil maneras de utilizarlo.
